Order Placement Process-

Online Orders:                 WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ORDERS AT THIS TIME

1. Once the order is placed online with payment accepted, the order will be processed depending on date/time of delivery or pickup. This ensures Simply Fresh Veggies!
2. After the order has been filled, you will get a notification via email or phone to arrange delivery or pickup of veggies.
3. Delivery: If we deliver your veggies we will meet you at the requested location, and you will be presented with a receipt that does request a signature showing we did deliver the veggies.
4. Pickup: If you pick up your veggies at the farm, you will be presented with a receipt that does request a signature showing you picked up the order.
5. When placing an online order, please note if you wish to pickup at the farm your discount of up to 40%-50% will be applied at the time of pick-up but, ifyou choose to pay online via pay pal you will not get the discount.

Phone/mail Orders:

1. Once the order is confirmed on the phone and payment choice has been determined, we fill out an order form and send it to the Farm Manager.
2. The order is filled depending on pickup/delivery option. A phone call is placed to let you know your order is ready.
3. Delivery: If we deliver your veggies we will meet you at the requested location and you will be presented with a receipt that does request a signature showing we did deliver the veggies.
4. Pickup: If you pick up your veggies at the farm, you will be presented with a receipt that does request a signature showing you picked up the order.

Concerned Customers  or Questions Regarding Orders

 If you are a concerned customer or have a question about your order,  please contact us by phone at 706-616-7869 ASAP.   We will take care of this matter within the next 24 hours.

Wholesale Customers:

You MUST either contact the office at (706) 616-7869 or fill out the Online Account Setup form that is provided in your information packet before placing your first online order. Once your account has been setup you will be able to log in online and receive your wholesale prices.

DO NOT PAY for your order online. You can pay when the order is picked up, delivered, or we can invoice you. A Bill of Lading will be supplied on all orders and an invoice to follow if needed. You may pay by cash or check.
